EDP Group LLC is a South Florida owner's representation and project management firm providing owner-side leadership throughout the real estate development lifecycle.
With more than 11 years of experience in Florida, our perspective has been shaped by leading projects of different types, complexities, and scales—from boutique residential developments and townhomes to multifamily and high-rise projects.
That breadth of experience influences how we approach every assignment. We don't look at a project solely through the lens of a project manager. We put ourselves in the owner's position, considering how each decision affects the investment, cost, schedule, risk, quality, and ultimate project outcome.
EDP operates as an extension of ownership, coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, lenders, and other project stakeholders through a central point of leadership and accountability.
Unlike traditional project management firms, we operate with a developer's mindset—balancing design, cost, schedule, and execution without losing sight of the financial outcome.

EDP Group's experience spans boutique residential buildings, townhomes, multifamily developments, and high-rise projects throughout South Florida. Our experience comes from leading projects at different stages and scales, coordinating design teams, permitting, budgeting, procurement, construction, and project closeout. This broad exposure provides a deeper understanding of how decisions made at one stage can affect cost, schedule, risk, and execution later in the development process. It also allows EDP to step into a project at its current stage, quickly understand where it stands, identify priorities, and provide ownership with the leadership and coordination needed to move it forward.
